Title: Eating Habits

I have heard somewhere that watching television while having dinner have a profound effect on obseity. While having dinner if someone looks at a a television he not only has little interest in the food which have been prepared diligently but also tend to over eat. This might cause fatness & might cause many ailments including colestrol & heart disease later on.

Any one has any opinion on this may write to me.

Regards

Roy

    i'd have to disagree.
what contributes to obesity and other problems is eating the wrong foods while watching tv.
    that's seems silly...
maybe the study was conducted with overweight people.
    but that's my opinion
