Title: Calories

So if i'm a 5 7, 140lb woman i need to consume 16 calories for every pound i way which is like over 2000 cal,how much would i need to drop a few pounds?
that seems like too many and i keep a pretty good check on what i'm eating.
plus i'm scared if i eat a higher amount than i do right now (1500) i'm going to gain weight.
will that happen or what can i do to make sure i'm getting what my body needs?

1500 Cals a day is barely keeping you alive. Read the below post about Calories... keep adjusting your intake over time until you've found what's right.
