Title: Kurt - Revision

------------------------------
8 AM

1 scoop Whey'n Egg Protein Powder
1 cup Skim Milk
1 Apple
2 boiled Eggs
2 slices Toast
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter

11:30 AM/12:20 PM (Depends on what time Lunch is at school...)

2 whole wheat Bagels
2 tablespoons Cottage Cheese
(...Protein...)

4:00 PM (Pre-workout)

2 Sub Buns
2 Chicken Breasts
2 cups Lettuce
2 tablespoons Mayonaise

5:00 PM - To the gym

6:00 PM (Post-workout)

1 scoop Whey'n Egg Protein Powder
1 cup Skim Milk
1 Banana
(...High GI food...)

8:30 PM

1 can of Tuna with (?) Peanuts
------------------------------

3 more questions...

1 - For the meal at school, some Protein to go along with the 2 Bagels, what would be some things you'd suggest? Something that's fairly small, and easy to carry would be best.

2- For the Post Workout Meal... aren't Bananas high on the GI anyway? Since they're not apparently... what would be some good portable high GI foods, since I usually take my Post-Workout Meal with me to the gym?

3 - I usually go to bed right after the last meal, yes. I was thinking on adding Peanuts? My only problem is I don't know how much... would you happen to know how many Calories per cup or something along those lines that they have? On the label it says per so many Grams, and I can't exactly measure that... but the Peanuts in a good amount would signifigantly up the Calories and Fat intake... but why do you suggest increasing Carbs before bed?

Thanks again, muchly appreciated

By the way, I'm 13 years old, 5'7, and currently weigh about 130 pounds. I'm going to start the bulking stage once I reach something like 125. I'm going more by the mirror than the scale... my current Diet adds up to about 1700 Calories.

Starting at 3000 calories when you weigh 125 pounds may not be the best idea. For the first time bulking, this high amount may not be a good idea. You could always start at 2500 calories and adjust from there. But if you are naturally skinny and have a fast metabolism, 3000 might be a good idea.
