Title: **I WANT TO LOSE**Please Rate I would like to lose weight. I am a busy college student and I refuse to eat fast food. Will I lose weight? 20 years old 5'7" Start weight: 165lbs Current weight: 137lbs Goal weight: 120lbs DIET Breakfast: 125-250cal coffee w/fat free cream or Protein shake Snack: 100 cal Fruit Lunch: 400cal Bagel OR Sandwich and Fruit Dinner: 100 cal Fruit OR Vegetable NO EATING AFTER 6pm... Your body will goto into starvation with that few calories. When this happens it will start burning muscle and cling on to as much fat as it can. There are also alot of side-affects to malnutrition. Your body thinks that you are starving. With that level of activity you should be eating at least 2000 calories a day. Those calories should come from lean protien (yogart, eggs, fish, poultry and lean beef) and lots of veggies. And be careful of starchy foods like bagles and bread. Stick to whole grains Name: Jessica Date: Aug. 14th, 2001 Title: Re: **I WANT TO LOSE**Please Rate they both gave u great advice and if u think u are at a peak then maybe try to swith up your running with another cardio activity...and try to switch up your meal plan maybe try to take some supplementsand for sure get more calories.....u may also want to check your heart rate whne u r doing cardio and make sure u r not overdoing it.......and make sure u r getting carbs, protein, and fat.....a good balance..like 60%, 20%, 20%, or 50, 25, 25 or close to that, weight train if at all possible it helps boost your metabolism....ummm i totally lost my train of thought so if i think of what i wanted to say then..i will reply again..sorry...i am tired ....oh yeah get a lot of rest ...i kno it is hard when u r in college but it helps.....
