Title: What To Eat I'd like to know if there are any good sites out there that would get me in the right track for eating healthy. I'd like to lose about 10 pounds, but don't even know where to begin. I don't eat much as it is, so there isn't a way I can cut down on calories. I think my metabolism has slowed down considerably and I'd like to know what I can do other than eat more healthy to speed it up. Try ediets.com to start. And I would increase (or start) excersizing.
