Keep lifting - make sure you are eating between 1-2 grams of protien per pound of lean muscle mass that you want to be at. So for example if you want to be at 180 lbs. you should be eating at least 180 grams of protien per day. Are you supplementing with anything? I also supplement w/ HMB and Glutamine and then ZMASS PM before I go to sleep. The best protien that I have found is NitroTech (one shake in the morning and one right after I workout) - I also have a designer whey protien bar and a Metrx MRP shake sometime during the afternoon.
