Title: What To Eat, I Want To Be Natural.

I just started a work out schedule.. Anyway, since im trying to get some mass, i need some sort of diet. I dont want to take protein shakes because im only 16, and i dont want any chemically engineered foods. What kind of diet should i keep? what should i eat? when it comes to nutrition im lost..

You need protien and protien shakes are a great way of getting the extra that you need (I drink 3 shakes a day -2 NitroTech and One Metrx MRP) along with a Designer Whey protien bar.

But if you're not interested in shakes or bars you'll have to get it another way. You want to make sure that you are eating lots of small BALANCED meals that are loaded with protien. You should be eating between six and eight times a day. Here are some good natural foods that you need:

No Fat Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread (lettuce, tomato)

Egg Whites (w/ an occasional yolk)

Solid Whole White Tuna on whole wheat bread (no mayo)

Chicken breasts and low fat steak

    Oatmeal

I also like the Healthy Choice or Smart Ones meals that you buy in super markets - they are a good way to get a quick, balanced meal.

    Good luck.
