Title: Proteines

I bought a chocolate proteines powder in my fitness, but I don't know exactly when I have to take it to be the most efficient. People in my fitness were not very aware. Can you please let me know when to take it (before or after) exercises, alone or with something else, etc... ?

    I am guessing you got some whey protein. It is quick acting and thus is beneficial right after a workout and in the morning when you wake up.
