Title: Hey Kurt Hey Kurt about that "whats gona happen posting on the exercise board- I have some more questions. What are deadlifts, traps, hyperextensions and shrugs? Why did you only put 1 set in some exercises? Isn`t that like way too few? And what kind of schedule would you give me? Can you give an example? Thx a lot anyways.
