There are many things I did: I realized that one of my problems was that I would eat while watching TV. So know I tape my shows and watch them when I eat dinner. Also at the beginning I taped little notes on the cupboard and fridge that said "What time is it?" - so every single time I went I would look at the clock and realize what time it was and that I didn't NEED to eat at 9:30pm. I also started keeping track of what I had eaten all day and total the amount of carbs, fruits, veggies, protein...etc. I would sit down after dinner and write it all out and I would realize how much I had eaten So after a lot of notes and will power I have just stopped eating after 7 pm and do all sorts of things: go for a walk, talk on the phone, read a book, write in my journal. One major benefit is when I would go to bed at night I sleep solid because my food is all digested. I wish you luck...it took me about one month to finally get my latenight snacking under control. I hope that some of my ideas can help you! Nikki Kim wrote: > well i have a problem with snacking late at night. I usually eat healthy throughout the day but it seems like i binge at night.
