Is It Carb's During The Day And Meat Before Bed???I am just now really beginning to firgure out how to make the most of what i eat...from what I am understanding...you should exercise then within 30 mins load up on carb's for energy...then make sure you do low carb ...high protein before bed...did I get this right???

You should be eatting food with protein throughout the day.
After workout, have a quick source of carbs and protein.
At night eat a meal with normal amount of protein, low fat and low carbs.

As far as protein goes...how many grams??? I've been reading posts on here that say you should have 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight...any truth to this???

I'd go between 0.8-1.0g/lb. If you want to gain muscle mass, i'd go between 1-1.5g/lb

what food is the most % protein? whats the cheapest food with alot of protein?
whats easy to prepare?
what can easily be included in a packed lunch and is packed with protein?

Some good sources that are easy to pack to work/school would be tuna, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, lunch meats, nuts and cottage cheese.
