Title: Weight Loss Help Hello I have recently begun working out (30 min on eliptical walker, and 30-40 minutes stretching abot 5 days per week). I have been using a food and excersice calculator to make sure I keep my food intake 1000 Calories less than what I burn every day. I have actually gained a couple of lbs since starting, and I'm a bit concerned that I am going about this the wrong way. Maybe you could help me to calculate what I actually need. I am a 26 y/o female at 170 lbs, 5ft 3 in. My exercise routine is as above, I am a college student, so other than my exercise I am fairly sedintary (studying, classes, housework etc) Thanks Name: Kim Date: Jul. 25th, 2001 Title: Re: Weight Loss Help you say you want to keep how much you eat 1000 calories les than waht you burn,,,..are you sure thats what you meant? how much are you eating daily? i dont think your burning more than 300 calories a day with what your doing...
