Title:
Im Excercising And Eating Right But Nothing Is Happeneing.Okay, my name is Katie and I am sixteen years old. The reason that I subsribe to this is I wanna major in nutrition when I get older but I have a major problem. Over the past year I have lost 60 pounds. I am still a little thick and wanna gain muscle. I run everynight about three miles, and swim two miles in the morning. What else should I do to make me tone and lose a little bit more, and what foods should I eat that will help me. Thanks

You need to eat plain, whole foods. Egg whites, brown rice, green vegetables, chicken, turkey, fish, potatoes, oatmeal, skim milk. You can get all the same nutrients from your vegetables as you can from fruits but without the extra sugar.
Also, please remember that you're a 16 years old young woman. It's natural for you to have hips and breasts and thighs.
It sounds like you're on the right track. And check out the ADA for your future career path. en.eatright.org
Good luck.
