Title: BREAD Vs BREAD i've heard that WHOLE WHEAT BREAD is better to eat than WHITE BREAD, which makes a little sense to me, but what is the difference? is it just that whole wheat bread may have more nutrients than enriched white bread? or is it something to do with the carbs in each kind? it would still be okay to eat enriched white bread though, right? thanks! Of course most people are aware of fiber for its benifits in digestion, but more complex carbs are also good in maintaining a regulated blood sugar level (less spiking than when you consume sugar or simpler carbs.)
