Healthy EatingI'm trying to get a good diet set up but I have only a vaugue idea about how I should go about it. My main concern is what Nutritional levels I should shoot for. Please help me if you can. I want to know how may fat grams, saturated fats, Carbs, cholesteral I should shoot for each day.
Mind you any change in my diet is a good one so I don't need drastic numbers. I only know that if I can keep my fat grams down to 50 per day that I'm better off. Any additional information will be greatly appreciated.
