Title: Cardio.....tell Me I weight train 3 times a week and I`m on really great diet. I want to lose a little fat about 4-5 pounds and grow muscle. Do I really really have to do cardio? I hate cardio. Its just so boring. I swim and play basketball a lot wont that do? Now I only do cardio as warming up and cooling down. Do you even need those?
