Title:
Cell-tech/creatineI just bought some cell-tech and was wondering if there are any tips or warnings that you guys could give me about how to use it. Thanks.
Also. My brother, who is 15 is trying to lose a lot of weight. Would it be ok for him to take it? Will creatine help him lose weight? Thanks

Creatine and Cell-Tech are only going to be useful to someone who lifts weights. If your brother lifts weights, he should go ahead and try some. If you're lifting weights, go ahead. Both products are pefectly safe. Your body actually produces Creatine... all taking it does is give you a little extra.
Creatine is flushed into your muscles faster if you take it along with something with a high GI rating, like a Banana, grapejuice, etc... All Cell-Tech is, is Creatine mixed with some sort of very high GI stuff... so your choice is to either go buy Creatine and some high GI, or just Cell-Tech by itself. Cell-Tech tends to be more convenient.

Where do you buy creatine?
Is creatine expensive?
Does creatine help or stop losing weight or doesn`t it have effect on that?
So creatine is a substance produced by the body, which you can take to speed things up right? What exactly does it do either way?

Creatine's not very expensive, although I'm not sure about Cell-Tech.
It has no effect on weight loss. Creatine is the first thing your body uses for lifting, sort of like Carbs in being the first thing your body uses for energy. After your body runs out of Creatine, it will turn to use other things to power the lifting, but Creatine is the most effective. Giving your body a larger supply of Creatine makes it so you'll usually see some strengh gain, and because you'll be able to lift a few extra reps, you'll see great gains with it. The reason you should take it with something high in GI is because when you eat something high in the GI, your body produces more insulin than it actually needs. Insulin shuttles the energy to your muscles. Hence, taking creatine with something high in GI will make your body produce plenty of insulin, which shuttles the Creatine to your muscles alot faster.
With this explanation in mind, no, Creatine does not effect weight loss.

I would suggest something with more glucose or dextrose or some other small chain glucose carbs. Banana's contain alot of fructose which isn't as good as raising GI as a glucose food would.
But in my opinion, money spent on food would be better invested than creatine.
