Title: Dietary Plan Please help me out here. I want to set up a standard diet so that I can eat right, but I don't know how much fat, saturated fat, cholesteral, sodium, etc. that I should be shooting for each day. My consistant diet of fast foods seems to be catching up with me and I want to get it under control before it gets out of hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
