Dietary PlanPlease help me out here. I want to set up a standard diet so that I can eat right, but I don't know how much fat, saturated fat, cholesteral, sodium, etc. that I should be shooting for each day. My consistant diet of fast foods seems to be catching up with me and I want to get it under control before it gets out of hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you search different fitness and nutrition web sites you're bound to find ratios of what your looking for it might even be somewhere on Fitness.com I know I've seen the ratios before while searching the web.
