Title: Not To Loose Anymore Weight

Hi there
For the last 7 months I have changed my lifestyle, I changed my eating patterns, I watch what I eat,I cut my preportions, etc. I love to work out, so I do Fun 5 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week, I have reached my ideal weight and that is 133lbs. I was always 156lbs and out of shape, I feel so healthier now and look healthier, my concern is not to loose anymore weight, any advice?
Thanks in advance!

Congratulations with your success so far. If you want to keep up your current activity level but stay the same weight I would adjust what you are eatting. Increase the amount you eat so you consume around the same amount of calories you burn. Only you will be able to find this amount. One suggestion would be to try a meal plan for one week and see if you stayed at the same weight at the end of the week. Increase/decrease calories from there. Good luck and be proud of what you have accomplished.
