Title: Kraft Dinner

is kraft dinner an okay thing to eat? or should it be something you shouldn't eat too often if you want to lose fat?

    being a poor college student i eat it all the time. to make it a little more healthy i dont use butter, and jsut skim milk or a little plain yogurt. i also add some tuna and veggies to make it better and last as more meals. its not too bad then.

    kraft makes a light mac and cheese, it's really good. I have it twice a month & still dropping pounds.

    of you want to lose fat you should stay away from that for too many reasons..the extreme amounts of fat, and if your talking about mac and cheese, it has about 400 calories per small cup of it..stay away from high caloric foods that have proccessed fake cheese and sauce..have a salad, a turkcey sandwich, tofu and veggies..dont eat those nasty bad for you carbs
