first thing you have to realize is, it isnt a "fast,easy" thing to lose weight. If you have a state of mind where you will stick to your routine and go for your goals, and you actually do it, it becomes easy, fun, enjoyable,and fast bc you dont realize the time is going by, just dont say "ugh when will i look better" just GIVE IT TIME>
the obvious way to lose weight is aerobic/strength activity and healthy eating.
Try to get at least 30 min of cardio 3 or morex per week, look on this site for exercises for toning and defining muscle. You CANNOT just get rid of areas of "fatness" you carry. When you workout and stick to it, you lose overall body fat, but you WILL see improvements and slimming in these areas from cardio
