Title: Any Advice??

I am 5ft and 2 inches I weight about 123 to 125 pounds and workout 4 to 5 times a week. I do a circuit training and tae bo. I started out with Tae bo about a year ago and bought a total gym machine in Feb. to start the toning. I have totally changed my diet and eating habits, but I am still not satisfied with my body. I have lost a total of 40 pounds since last year and I am finding a problem reducing tummy, thigh and leg size (the pear figure runs in the family). If anyone can help it would really be appreciated.

    First off I would like to congratulate you on losing 40 lbs. That alone is a magnificent accomplishment. My only advice that I can offer is for you to continue your current healthy lifestyle/routine. Do NOT give up, results will come in time, I know that is easier said than done, but you have already done great in losing the lbs. Keep up the good work and keep fighting! Victory Starts in the mind! What I mean by that is, in your mind are you happy with the weight you have lost so far? If so, you have achieved some measure of victory, Keep Fighting Hard & do not give up, your doing well. Take care :)
