Title: Help...I've Gained Back 5 Pounds!!!! I've been working out and eating right for over two minths now and up until this week, my weight has either stabalized or dropped..today I got on the scales and I've gained 5 pounds...I feel terrible, what can I do??? MOst people gain weight after a few months of working out bc you build lean muscle. Its a good thing if thats the case, dont go by that damn scale if you like how you look..do you look more shapely and toned? if so then dont worry bout the scale, worry about how you think you look and how your clothes fit.. Weight is a funny thing, it can go up or down by sometimes 3-5lbs in 24 hours. Due to drinking lots of water, or certain foods, etc. I measure myself once a month, you can do it twice a month if you like. But I started measuring myself since April of this year. I measure the basics, bust, waist, hips, thigh, arm, etc. Every month I loose an inch, 1/2in. and I've even measured a 2in lost on my hips one month!!!! So, that scale can depress you and trick you into thinking nothing is happening to your bod!!!
