Losing Weight? Good? Or Bad?ok. I am 5'8 and I weigh 175 pounds. I think I should tell you that I am 14 years old also. I think that it is disguisting. I mean, I play basketball and I have a lot of muscle mass, but I want to lose weight because it is embarassing to be so heavy. Most of my friends only weigh like, 130-140. I feel so different. Is there something wrong with me? I personally feel that I need to lose at least 25 pounds to be at a comfortable weight of 150 pounds. Should I lose the 25 pounds? and if I should...how should I go about doing it in the most healthiest, safest way? thanks

its simple if you make it a priority. Simple divide your intake into 6-8 smaller meals throughout the day ..SLIGHTly reducing your calorie intake..eat "natural" meaning if you think of what to eat, chose fruits,veggies,or lean meats, not sugar or too much starch. A brish walk/jog for 30 minutes 3-5 times a weekwill greatly show prgress after a few weeks. hope that helped.
