Title: 2 Questions~Fitness Related Just wondering. If I maintained my healthy routine of eating sensible and doing plenty of exercise which includes cardiovascular, is it possible for my belly to grow back? I do work my abs every other day, but nothing Major to where Im soar. And that's another thing, I want to know the truth, Some people say to do abs everyday and some say not to. My best results came from doing them everyday. I was doing just slow crunches here and there, and i wasn't getting soar so i figured I'd continue to do them every day. So what is the right way? everyday or not every day? And can the abs become so over worked that they can turn to flab and belly fat can return? Im so lost. If anyone can help,please chime in.
