Title: Benjamin Lives You All, But... Hey people, I love to answer to you questions where I can and it is very much fun for me to help you. But please understand: I have a job and my boss won't be too happy about me being all day on fitness.com and writing answers. So if one of you asks me something and I don't answer immediately it is not that I had forgotten you. I simply have to work once in a while. If I am not answering for days, ask again, because in that case I have forgotten about you. (It's TV's fault that I have a concentration span of less than five minutes.)
