Title: The Never Ending Debate -carbs, Good Or Evil

Hi, I'm 28, about 5'8 and I weigh 137. I have been on the diet roller coaster for as long as I can remember. I have read everything from the Atkins diet to the Montinganc, "Eat your self slim". At this point I am thoroughly confused. Sugars, carbs, proteins, fruit, no fruit, etc... The only food I feel great eating is egg whites. I eat 3 meals a day but I would like to feel better about my food choices. Any suggestions for other foods that I can make part of my staples?

    Hello Gina,

    Your problem is simple to fix. You need to change your eating habits to boost your metabolism. Change your meals to 5 to 8 a day and regulate your protein and carb. intake for every meal. Cardio and proper eating is very important(I hate the word diet). The end result also depends on the goal you want to reach. You only weigh 137 lbs and for your height that is not bad. If you want more info. on weight loss just let me know.

      read that ur ACE certified trainer. i thought i will ask u for somehelp. i'm 18yr old guy, height 5'11 & weigh 149pounds. some people say that for my height, i must be around 160 pounds.is it true? but amidst all this,i want to be looking trimme!! because i have a lot of fat in my body.i want to get rid of that & have a nice slim & trim look. i'm not bothered about how much i weigh, but just want that trim look about myself. at the moment i look a bit hefty.
      so waht can i do to look trimmer.waht exercise & diet. i think jogging might be a good exercise. also i have a doubt about weight training. will lifting weights help me to become leaner & thus, look in better shape?or does it just make u look bigger?please answer all my doubts.
