my name is joanna im 16 i weight 175 and 5'5 tall,
im going to start lifting weight and doing cardio,i feel the need to loose 60 pounds how should i do it?

    Ok this is it..Start by going to your GP to see if you are 100 percent fit and then if he/she gives the ok try light cardio for about 20 mins and wights on MONDAY,WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY and on the other days do the cardio and cut out the fats in food and just give it time your young and have your life ahead of you
