Hi:

my name i kayra im 17 i weigh 125pnd and 5'3 tall, i been working out for 1 year lifting weigh, aerobics and cardio. I feel the need to lose 10 pounds how should i do it???

    eat healthy foods. Break your
    3 "large" meals a day down
    into 5-6 small meals a day and
    keep working out. I think
    that should help you out.
    Don't give up after a week,
    like me, because sometimes it
    takes longer than a week for
    the results to be seen. I
