Is There Anything Else?hey-- i'm about 5'11 and around 148 lbs. i walk almost every day and run a few times a week, and for the most part eat healthy foods (although i do tend to eat a lot of cereal). i just want to know if there's some other thing i should be doing to just slim down a little, to look better in clothes. should i be lifting weights or something?
