Title: How To I Get More Defined Abdominal's???

I keep finding pages on the web that say the only way to get your Ab's truly defined and cut is to limit your carb's to less than 80 per day...any truth to this????

        Be more concerned about your sugar intake than anything else because sugar stores in your body as fat.

          Try also increasing your protein intake to as many grams per day as your body weight.
