Eat more. 1100 Calories is no where near enough... You need about 1-1.5g of Protein per pound of body fat... and you also need plenty of Carbs. Try for about 1800-2000 Calories a day or something. Your not eating enough, so your body is feeding off your muscle for energy instead, hence lowering your Metabolism.

Also, you should never workout the same muscle more than 1-2 times per week. Since you're working out 6 times a week, make sure you don't do the same muscle more than two of those 6 days, or else it won't have any time to grow.

Thanks Andrew for your reply, and your advices. Everybody tells me I must take about 1200-1300 a day. But I'm not hungry more. I mean I eat breakfast, lunch and a milk with 30gr allbrans for diner and I have also 3 fruits and a yoghourt between meals. What should I eat more. I already have 5 meals.

I work a day upper body and abs, next day lower body and abs + cardio every day.
I think I will maintain now the cardio and have only 3/week weight lifting.

      Thank you again.
      Bon weekend

Cardio everyday is too much... if you do that much, you're going to burn muscle instead of fat. Try for only 3-4 times per week... you'll see better results that way.

Try for 6 meals a day, but make your last meal low in Carbs. The rest of the meals should have high Protein, high Carbs, low Fat, and low Sugar. For 6 meals a day, try to make each meal about 300 Calories each. If you're going to stick with 5 meals, try to make them each about 350 Calories each. For other food try Chicken Breast, Turkey, Ham, Fish, Potatoes, Spaghetti, or Brown Rice.
