Title: CORN POPS!
are corn pops a bad cereal because they have sugar in them? i don't eat them regularly but they are my faverite cereal and when we buy them, i'm constantly snacking on them. they don't have much fat but there is sugar....should i stop eating them like any other sugary cereal or is it okay?

Sugar turns into fat very easily.
You should not deprive yourself completely, but don't eat them very often. Try like once a week or something.
