If metabolife has ephedrine
in it I would steer clear of it.
it is a natural extract that
can have many damaging
side effects. I would
defintely consult a physician
before taking any wieght
loss pill or powder. Your
doctor may be able to hook
you up with a wieght loss
plan that will best meet your
needs. When i was in
college and put on those
freshman pounds, my
sister ( aditeician put
together an alternative
eating and exercise plan
that I could live with. This
was very effective.

Title: Re: Metabolife
I looked into Metabolife and decided it isn't for me because it has ephendra in it and apparently has recently been reported that it is a greater amount than what was initially released.
My mother has always said that if there was one pill that would make everyone thin there wouldn't be any overweight people. I am far from a nutritionist or fitness expert (I need to lose 35lbs), but I think the best advice is to watch your food intake and exercise.
Good luck!
