Dancers often tend to eat too little. Try eating a lot of fruits. You probably want light food so I recommend rice vegetables, maybe some chicken or fish once in a while. I assume you don't really want to bulk up but still you need a decent and steady protein intake. Drink large amounts of non-sweetened liquids to give your body back what it had lost during dancing.
I am an aerobics instructor and I know how it feels when you keep dancing and you really get into it, but still you have to drink enough during training. 1 litre for one hour is a very good rate.
Eat as many fruits as you want (some bananas are also to be recommended because there is a lot of cramp preventing magnesium amongst other minerals in it)
