Title: Hey Adrien - Are You A Trainer? I've been checking out the board and you seem to have good information. Are you a personal trainer or fitness expert? How long have you been working out yourself? If you were heavy in the past how did you lose the weight? I need to lose 10 pounds just can only fit 3 days of exercise in my week. will that work? I'm 13 years old. I've been into fitness for about 6 months... but I know quite a bit about it I guess. You can easily lose 10 pounds by exercising 3 days a week. Try running first thing in the morning before breakfast... by running when your body has no food, it has to go straight to the fat reserves for energy... that's the whole point in the fat reserves. You should also try deviding your usual 3 meals a day into 6 meals... this gives your Metabolism a boost as it is constantly digesting food.
