Title: Metabolism

I want to know how i can speed up my metabolism. I am trying to lose weight especially on my thighs and waist. And i play alot of sports so i am very active and i burn alot of energy. Although i try not to eat alot i am hungry all the time. How can i speed up my metabolism so that i don't have to starve myself?

    Eat about 6 small meals per day. This keeps your body constantly digesting food, and hence gives your Metabolism a boost.

    The more overall muscle mass in your body, the more Calories you'll burn without even doing anything. If your goal is to increase Metabolism, strengh training would be exellent for it. Joining a gym, preferably.
