Title: It's So Hard

I only want to loose about 10 to 15 pounds but it is so hard to do because i am always tempted with fatty foods. My friends can eat what ever they want and not gain a pound, so it's hard to be around them and not eat what they are eating. I have been thinkin about taking some sort of diet pills but im not sure what to take, if i should take any at all. I am about5'2 and i weigh about 127 pounds. So what should i do?

    I know what you mean with the friends part... I've got a few like that.

    No, you should definately not take "diet pills"... they have bad side effects, and even if some kinds don't have bad side effects, they're just plain unhealthy.

    I'd suggest joining a gym. A personal trainer there will be able to set you up on a program based on more information you give him/her...

    As for the being tempted part... tell your friends that you're trying to eat healthy. Hopefully, if they're good friends, they won't eat bad stuff around you anymore...

    hi i was just wondering what your age is?......by the sounds of it.. you do not need to lose any weight. I think that if you eat same amount of food just healthier and you do a little bit of activity during the week. About the diet pills i would recommend you not taking any, they usually take a shock to the system. they would probalby work better with exercise anyway. If you take some energy pills then make sure you don't abuse them. I know people who have gotten sick over them.
