Morning CardioHi everyone,
I have just read a perfect
article about having your
cardio done first thing in
the morning on empty stomach.
Unfortunately, I have tried
twice, and almost fainted.
I just have to eat before
I go and have a workout.
Can somebody HELP me, and give
me advice what to eat in the
morning before going to the
gym. Maybe I should just have
a protein drink. I have no
idea.
Please HELP! Thanks

I would suggest eating a banana if your time is limited or if you have a little more time, make egg whites with a piece of toast. Either one of those seems to give me the energy to get me through my workout.
