Title: How Many Carbs?? If I weigh 125-127 and am 5'5 inches tall. Plus I work out at least 5 days a week doing cardio between 30-45 minutes (running) each day- how many carbs to I need to have in order to have a sufficient amount but not too much so I can still lose/ burn fat?
