First of all, congratulations on losing weight and nearing your goal. Your diet looks great. Your right about not eating after 7PM (or 3-4 hours before you go to bed). Definitely try having your lunch be your biggest meal of the day, which it looks like you already do, and definitely try to do your workout in the morning, therefore burning throughout the entire day. Do this workout on an empty stomach so you can refuel. If you change up your routine your body doesn't become "immune" to your diet, plus you don't get complacent. Keep working hard. Good luck and don't forget to drink your water!

There should be no "Snacks" or "Supper" or whatever, really... it's much better when every meal during the day is the same size. Also, there's nothing wrong with eating 2-3 hours before bed. The only thing is you shouldn't eat very many Carbs at that time. High Protein, but low Fat and Carb food are just fine, actually it's very recommended.

Workouts should not be done every day... depending on what your workout is. Try 3-5 times per week. Not in the morning. Doing it in the morning causes your body to burn off Protein, and hence you lose muscle.

    Hi,

Well it sounds like you are losing weight at a good rate. Reasonable weight loss is about one pound to two pounds per week, so 20 pounds in 12 weeks is right there.

Your diet, in terms of calories is one that will promote weight loss. Honestly though, I'd really recommend some more variety in that diet, keeping the caloric intake the same most days, but even raising it a couple of hundred calories a day or two a week. The body finds a way to adjust, so variety will keep your body guessing and losing weight at a slightly faster rate.

You are likely going to hear a lot of info about specifically doing one thing or another. Don't get too caught up in that (even though I know I gave you a specific suggestion.) The important thing is having something you can stick with. Better that and taking a few weeks longer to get to your goal, than giving up entirely!

    Good luck.

    Title: WHAT?

You all think that's a good diet? I don't know but that doesn't sound like enough calories to me...Where are the carbs to give you energy? My gosh...And you exercise too! That means your body should be getting even more...You do know that your body needs at least 1200-1400 calories JUST to function properly right? For metabolism, breathing, walking, being ALIVE. Therefore, too little calories will make your body go into starvation mode..where it tries its hardest to keep in all the fat because it thinks you are starving yourself...EAT MORE...
