If you are taking Xenadrine, and you experience any kind of fluctuations in your heartbeat, or nausea STOP!!! Right away!!! The down side to taking any thermogenic is that you should only take it for a maximum of 12 weeks and once you stop, the weight goes right back on. Thermogenics are not miracle drugs that are going to make you shed pounds without any exercise or diet, so you will still have to work at it. I would try it the natural way, first.
