Title: Sugar Busters VS. WW

I've been trying Weight Watchers for a while and I've lost 15 pounds, but I'm stuck at my current weight, even though I exercise. I recently heard about Sugar Busters. Which diet is better and should I switch to lose more?

When you hit a plateau like that, it's a good idea to boost your exercise routine... at least that is what helped me... I added an extra couple of miles to my walk...

I would stick with Weight Watchers, because it is a diet that you can stick with for the rest of your life... It is high in variety and non-restrictive... Congratulations on your success so far!!!!!!!!
