Title: 1 Last Thing I Really Need Help On Can someone give me the a range in percentages or grams that I will probaly need. Low Calories Low Sodium Medium Carbohydrate Dietary Fiber Low Sugars High Protein And What is the calories from Fat. Each meal should have 1 food that is high in Carbs (Potatoe, Cereal, Brown Rice, Apple, etc...), and 1 food that is high in Protein (Chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, etc...). Include vegetables in any meals you want. Try to keep each meal at 250-400 Calories. Don't make things more complicated than they need to be, don't worry about Sodium and such.
