Keeping track of all that is complicated and a waste of time...
It's simple. 6 meals a day. Each meal should have 1 food that is high in Carbs (Potatoe, Cereal, Brown Rice, Apple, etc...), and 1 food that is high in Protein (Chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, etc...). Include vegetables in any meals you want. Try to keep each meal at 250-400 Calories.
Don't make things more complicated than they need to be, don't worry about Sodium and such.
