I wouldn't suggest going over 1 per day, if even that. This is because shakes will digest faster than solid food, therefore they don't keep your metabolism going as long as normal food does... not to mention most kinds of them tend to be quite expensive. You could stick with normal food and achieve the same results... they're not going to help a whole lot. They contain casein which has been attributed to having better anabolic effects while decreasing catabolic effects. Casein has also been attributed to lowering bodyfat.
