Title: HELP!!! HELP!!! I Ate Pizza Last Night I have been dieting for about six weeks now with exercise as a part of my daily routine 4 days per week..but I slipped up last night and had 2 1/2 pieces of pizza hut pepperoni twisted crust, 2 pepsi's and a Nutty buddy...I am down to 113 from 125...how bad will this set me back...by the way I am paying for it with a terrible stomach ache this morning. Just keep goin', and forget about it. Name: Adrien Date: Jun. 17th, 2001 Title: That's Nothing Compared To What I Did All Last Week. My family and I went on vacation this past week. I ate pretty much what I wanted for a change (felt good too). I did walk on the beach right much and went to a couple of water workouts and did a lot of climbing stairs here and there. Did well with staying away from fried food, but I couldn't resist ice cream and sodas. I haven't had a soda in months. It was just hard not too eat all that good fattening food with all my family there (ones I don't see often) Anyway Iam back home and up five pounds from all that. I had lost 16 pounds before this trip. Kinda depressing. I just hope I can get back to what I was doing before cause I was doing good! I had no idea I would gain like that in such a short time, I didn't think I did too bad, but not too good either. I can tell in my mid section where I put it. Maybe it's just bloated or something. Soon as I got home I weighed and then did my work out. Glad I only take one good vacation a year. Anyway about the pizza I usually have pizza once a month, sometimes twice and it's hard not to eat two slices, but I have never gained from it as long as I keep up with my exercising. I feel like if I don't treat myself I want to stick to anything. Just went overboard last week. Oh well, life goes on and fat can go away.
