Title: Kurt, You Said That Fat Storage Is Because Of Genetics..

If the fat we store individually is from our genes..for example the jiggle under our arms, what is the best course of action as far as exersise goes to get rid of it? cardio of course..but how much? Anyone answer this for me please

    Title: The Truth About Calories

    People often find it difficult to keep a stable wieght because they do not count calories. For example, one night dinner may consist of 2 slices of pizza and 2 cups of soda, which equates to about 800 calories. Another night's dinner may consist of a chicken breast, serving of vegetables, a serving of rice, and some orange juice, which equates to about 450 calories. Although the two meals may appear the same in size, they greatly differ in caloric value, and obviously in nutirional value as well.
