Title: What Determines Where Fat Will Accumulate?
I have kind of came to my own conclusion, but not sure if correct. What determines where fat will accumulate? For example, under your arms, you know how it gets a little jiggly as you get older? Is that fat in there causing it to jiggle or is it just untoned muscle?
I was thinking that maybe it is because most people don't use that muscle much.

It is fat. There is no such thing as un-toned muscle. When you get older muscle size will tend to decrease and fat will tend to increase.
Genetics determines where fat goes. For example, some guys will have huge guts but have no fat on their chest. Others might have alot of fat on their chest with only a small gut.
