Title: Why Can't I Have A Stable Weight? Hey, I am a 16 yr old teen and i go to the gym regularly but I am still a beginnger. I am tall and skinny and I think I need more weight to get some muscles. So about 2 weeks ago I began to eat more, and I gained about 10 pounds, but now I stop eating that much, and I just lost 5 pounds, i am really frustrated and I don't know how should I maintain a stable weight?
