Don't really pay attention to the EXACT number... just try for high Protein, medium Carbs, low Fat, and low Sugar. Stay AWAY from Sodium. Low fat chips and Soda... still bad. Stay away from that sort of food altogether would be the best way to go about things in my opinion.
